Mr. Anderson also serves the legal needs of families with special needs children and is a Certified Guardian and Ad Litem in the State of Texas. He
is sensitive to the legal needs of special needs children, having grown up in a family with special needs children and married to a Special Education Teacher. Once a special needs child turns 18 years of age, a whole new set of legal issues arise, including the need to establish a legal guardianship for the child, as well as, estate planning to provide for the physical and financial care for the child in the future, including the establishment of special needs trusts.
